- 17 ice cream cake cones (about 2 3/4 inches tall)
- 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp shortening
- Colored sprinkles
Preparations Method :
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions, using 3 eggs.
- Place the ice cream cones in muffins cups.
- Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the batter into each of the cones.
- Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is dry.
- Do Not Overbake.
- Cool completely.
- In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and the shortening.
- Stir until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the brownies in the melted chocolate.
- Allow the excess to drip off.
- Decorate with the sprinkles.
Makes 17 brownies
