Bittersweet Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

- 4 (1 oz.) squares bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts
Preparations Method :
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate.
- Stir to combine.
- Remove from the heat.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate mixture and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Stir in the eggs, vanilla, flour, and hazelnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 32 brownies
