- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix (1 pound 3.8 oz)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo cookies (about 7 cookies)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2-4 t. milk
Preparation Method :
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease bottom only of rectangular 13 x 9" pan.
- Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl until well blended.
- Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle cookies over batter.
- Bake 29-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2" from side of pan comes out almost clean.
- Cool completely.
- Stir together powdered sugar and milk in small bowl until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
- Drizzle over brownies.
Makes 20 brownies.
